Welcome to ufojili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ufojili ("ufojili", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ufojili online gaming platform available at ufojili.net, including all associated mobile-optimized versions, features, games, promotions, and services offered therein.

By registering an account on ufojili, accessing the platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or otherwise using any part of ufojili's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register, access, or use ufojili's services in any capacity.

To register and maintain an active account on ufojili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of accessing and using the platform.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from ufojili or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not have had a previous ufojili account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Philippine law.

ufojili reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on ufojili at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ufojili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify ufojili's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Account sharing with third parties, including family members, is prohibited.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times.
• ufojili is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.
• You must not permit any other person to use your account to place bets or access the platform on your behalf.

ufojili implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and session monitoring. However, account security is a shared responsibility and players are expected to exercise reasonable care with their credentials.

ufojili processes all financial transactions exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating local banks via InstaPay and PESONet. Available payment methods are subject to change at ufojili's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your ufojili account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the operating schedules of the relevant financial institution and may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the ufojili platform and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified payment accounts registered in the player's own name.
• ufojili reserves the right to require full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or accounts not registered in the player's name are strictly prohibited.
• ufojili does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing review period. ufojili aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to five (5) business days.

ufojili offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are awarded at ufojili's sole discretion and may be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• ufojili reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets, exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, or any pattern of play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and are limited to one claim per household, IP address, and device.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

All games available on ufojili are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of ufojili and any individual player's actions. ufojili does not manipulate game outcomes.

Each game category — slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and others — is governed by specific game rules displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game page. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after the game round has commenced.

• ufojili reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change until the relevant market is suspended. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at ufojili's discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of relevant winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ufojili platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ufojili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Operating or accessing more than one ufojili account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live table games to gain a collective advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use ufojili for any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposited funds.
• Accessing ufojili from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ufojili staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access ufojili's source code, servers, or proprietary systems without authorization.

All content on the ufojili platform — including but not limited to the ufojili brand name, logo, graphic designs, game interfaces, software, text, images, video content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ufojili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

ufojili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the ufojili platform without prior written consent from ufojili.

Any unauthorized use of ufojili's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of ufojili's rights and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

ufojili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy governs how ufojili handles your personal information, including registration data, financial records, gameplay history, and communication logs.

By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in ufojili's Privacy Policy, in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. You may review the full Privacy Policy at ufojili.net/privacy-policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ufojili's total liability to you in connection with the platform and its services shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your ufojili account at the time the claim arises.

• ufojili is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• ufojili does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and technical disruptions may occur.
• ufojili is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider outages beyond ufojili's reasonable control.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk. ufojili accepts no liability for gambling losses sustained by players on the platform.
• ufojili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from Terms violations.

ufojili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, fair, and sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

All players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your ufojili account.

ufojili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Instruction or requirement from a relevant regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Upon account termination for Terms violations, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play during the violating activity may be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with active bonus funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable compliance review.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting ufojili's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

ufojili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ufojili will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes may be made without prior notice.

The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued access to and use of the ufojili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of ufojili shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the ufojili platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ufojili's customer support team. ufojili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving formal written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who hold accounts on ufojili waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ufojili to the full extent permitted by Philippine law.

ufojili operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by ufojili may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory complaint channels.
