This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by ufojili ("ufojili", "we", "us", "our") and applies to all personal data collected, processed, stored, and used in connection with your access to and use of the ufojili online gaming platform available at ufojili.net, including all associated pages, features, games, promotions, and customer support services.

ufojili collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform, including regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, and the delivery of a secure, personalized gaming experience. The categories of personal data we collect are described below.

ufojili does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under RA 10173 (such as health data, religious beliefs, or biometric data) unless expressly required for regulatory compliance purposes, in which case you will be separately notified and your consent obtained.

• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine financial institutions, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.

ufojili uses cookies and similar tracking technologies — including web beacons, pixel tags, and local storage — to operate and improve the platform, maintain your session security, and analyze platform usage patterns. The types of cookies used by ufojili are described below:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function. These include session authentication cookies, security tokens, and load balancing cookies. These cannot be disabled without impairing platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, display preferences, and login state to provide a more personalized experience.

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with ufojili, plus a minimum post-closure retention period as required by PAGCOR and AML regulations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Philippine AML record-keeping requirements under RA 9160.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless required for longer for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Technical & Usage Logs: Retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months from collection, after which they are anonymized or securely deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with ufojili's data destruction procedures. Where anonymization is used, the resulting data is no longer personal data and may be retained indefinitely for statistical or analytical purposes.

ufojili implements a comprehensive set of technical, organizational, and administrative security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security framework includes:

• Right to Be Informed: The right to be informed of the details of the processing of your personal data — including its purpose, scope, and the identity of the parties who will have access to it — before it is collected or at the first point of contact.
• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data that ufojili holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of any inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading personal data that ufojili holds about you.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request the deletion or blocking of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to ufojili's legal retention obligations.
• Right to Object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes or where processing is based on ufojili's legitimate interests, in which case ufojili will cease such processing unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where technically feasible.
• Right to File a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe that ufojili has processed your personal data in violation of RA 10173.

ufojili will respond to all verified data subject requests within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we may extend this period by an additional fifteen (15) days, with prior written notice to you explaining the reason for the extension.

ufojili's platform and services are strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 21+   ufojili does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. The collection of personal data from minors is a prohibited act under ufojili's Terms and Conditions and constitutes a serious violation of Philippine gaming regulations.

If ufojili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the data in question to the extent permitted by applicable law, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

ufojili primarily stores and processes personal data of Filipino players within infrastructure located in or serving the Philippine market. In certain circumstances — such as where ufojili engages international game content providers, cloud infrastructure providers, or fraud prevention services with global operations — your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in a jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

Where such international transfers occur, ufojili ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in a manner consistent with the requirements of RA 10173. These safeguards include contractual obligations requiring the overseas recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those applicable under Philippine law.

ufojili does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate compensating controls, and all such transfers are disclosed to the National Privacy Commission where required under applicable NPC regulations.

ufojili reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or operational changes to the platform. The effective date of the current version of this Policy is displayed at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or the way ufojili processes your personal data — ufojili will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not change the substance of the Policy) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ufojili platform following the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We recommend that you review this page periodically so that you remain informed about how ufojili protects your personal data.
